1. Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- If you cancel your service within 14 days of purchase.
- If you experience a significant service disruption not caused by you.

2. Returns
Since our products are digital services, physical returns are not applicable. However, if you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services already rendered in full
- Promotional items or free trials
4. Faulty Products or Services
If you encounter any issues or errors with our services, please notify us within 7 days of discovery, and we will investigate the problem. If the fault is found to be on our end, we will either provide a solution or issue a refund.
